As pro-democracy protests continue into their second week in Iran, the Iranian leadership has deployed drones to guide police officers and snipers attempting to quell the anti-government protests in Tehran and other major cities.

The protests have seen the protesters calling for the return of the Shah, which ruled Iran from 1941 to 1979, when the former Shah was overthrown by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini,

President Donald J. Trump, who is monitoring the situation from the White House, said that Iran will face hard consequences if it continues to kill protesters in the pro-democracy demonstrations in major cities across Iran.

The Iranian government has cut access to the internet and is attempting to impose a communications blackout throughout the country.

There are also reports of massacres of protesters throughout Iran.
