President Donald J. Trump has unveiled a new healthcare plan that allows people to choose how they pay for healthcare.

The plan gives insurance funds directly to the American people, and lowers costs for doctor visits, prescription drugs, provides hospital stay cost transparency and more.

The plan also requires insurance companies to disclose how much is paid for claims as opposed to how much profit the insurance company makes, and also ends massive government payouts to insurance companies, which Trump said was the actual beneficiary of Obamacare.
